  • When can I expect to receive my The Cute Makeup package—are there currently processing or shipping delays?

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your The Cute Makeup can reach you as quickly as possible.

United States (Standard): 1-2 business days

Estimated Delivery Time (Time taken the cute makeup package to deliver at your doorstep)

United States(Standard): 3-4 Weeks (within a month)

  • When will my order ship?                                                                  
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

    Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

    • I am having problems with the tracking.
      • Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via help@thecutemakeup.com. We can give you the inside info.

    • How can I edit my shipping address?                                                       
    If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email help@thecutemakeup.com
      • How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?                                                                                              

      In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. And refund amount is reflected in your account within 5-7 business Days after the cancellation request.
      In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
      Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
      • How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

      In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
      In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 business Days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
